Your wedding cake should not just look great, it should taste delicious as well!
With this in mind, I have formulated my own cake recipes over many years.
I wont compromise on the quality so I wont use butter substitutes. My sponge style cakes are more buttery and are more dense than commercially made sponge cakes.
Each tier consists of 3 layers of cake and filling. Before decorating, the cake is frosted in chocolate ganache (very light and not too sweet), then covered in a layer of fondant to create a flawless finish.
Passionfruit White Chocolate (an Eden Cake Company Signature) – an orange flavoured madeira sponge with passionfuit syrup, white chocolate ganache and buttercream
Chocolate Truffle – layers of rich, super moist chocolate cake made with a mix of both milk and dark chocolate, and layered with a buttercream of your choice - vanilla; milk chocolate; orange cream; raspberry OR tiramisu
Lemon Meringue – buttery lemon cake with a zesty lemon curd buttercream and flecks of crispy meringue
Mocha - layer each of vanilla, coffee and moist chocolate cake- rich, smooth taste and visually impressive!
Espresso – a moist coffee cake with a rich espresso buttercream, and a hint of kahlua
Lime Coconut – a moist, buttery coconut cake with a creamy lime buttercream
Vanilla Raspberry – buttery moist vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream and raspberry couli
Vanilla Choc– 3 layers of our buttery vanilla cake with milk chocolate ganache
Chocolate Biscuit Classic – a milk chocolate biscuit cake with sultanas (optional)
Chocolate Biscuit Citrus – a darker style biscuit cake with a hint of candied peel and Contreu
Chocolate Biscuit Rum Raisin - a milk chocolate biscuit cake with rum soaked raisins
Chocolate Biscuit Hazelnut - a milk chocolate biscuit cake with lightly roasted hazelnuts
Chocolate Biscuit Royale – our chocolate biscuit cake with hazelnuts, almonds, mixed fruit and glace cherries
Rich Fruit Cake – a super moist traditional fruit cake with hennessy soacked fruit, brazil nuts, almonds and glace cherries. Guaranteed Moist.
